You have two options, basically:

• Higher upfront setup and licensing cost; lower monthly infrastructure and licensing cost
• Lower upfront setup and licensing cost; higher monthly infrastructure and licensing cost

There is one major difference between 1 and 2: Because this is a framework we are constantly making improvements to the "modules" which make up the framework. With 1, you pay for upgrades, with 2 you don't.
